Melina Spadone is a corporate attorney who advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices on myriad legal issues, including crisis management, litigation and real estate.
Melina was recently named by The Hollywood Reporter as one of Hollywood’s top troubleshooters. She has served as a crisis attorney for the Rust Movie Production litigation, the Base FX fraud scandal (which allegedly conned investors out of $234 million) and counsel and COO to hotelier André Balazs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to her work at Pillsbury and her legal work, Melina devotes substantial time to charitable ventures. She sits on the boards of Room To Grow and Miklat. She also devotes time to Met Opera National Council auditions.
Melina also serves as co-producer of the forthcoming documentary Getting the Get, which goes inside private Orthodox Jewish enclaves in the US and follows trailblazing wives, mothers, advocates and activists, challenging the millennia old practice of get refusal, that chains women to dead marriages and perpetuates domestic abuse.
