Attorney Bio


Jae Cho focuses primarily on litigation but is also well versed in transactional matters. He is experienced in U.S. and international cases spanning five continents: North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

Mr. Cho represents clients of all sizes including Fortune 500 companies. He is well versed in complex commercial transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, distribution and sales agreements, joint ventures, real estate, intellectual property, technology licensing, patent licensing, and trademark licensing. Moreover, Mr. Cho engages in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Cho is a former Appellate Division Law Clerk for the Honorable Howard Kestin, P.J.A.D (retired) of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
