Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 4:03 PM EST) — A New York state judge on Monday threw out malpractice claims against a former Sanford Heisler LLP partner, ruling a former Seagate Technology engineer acting as a confidential whistleblower in a nondisclosure agreement suit had not proven that the attorney’s negligence had led to his identity becoming public.
