Since October 2016, Renee Eubanks has managed her own law firm, the Eubanks Law Firm, PLLC, where she focuses her practice representing hedge funds, private equity funds and banks that are involved in the purchase and sale of distressed debt, primary debt and private equity securities. The firm also represents start-up companies regarding corporate organizational issues, equity and note issuance, and other matters involved in Seed and Series A financing rounds.
In addition, Renee is the Co-Chair of University Settlement, a not-for-profit that works with low income New Yorkers.
